ttdF tJtJ f The aforesaid amounts shall be paid monthly in the amount of one-twelfth the annual amount in each respective year. In addition to the salary specified above, the Hall County Public Defender shall receive during the term of office commencing January 9, 1997, family health insurance coverage at county expense subject to the terms, conditions, coverage, and eligibility restrictions set forth in the county's health insurance group master contract. Provided, that if the Public Defender is not eligible to receive family health insurance coverage based upon marital status and/or eligible dependents, single person coverage will be provided at county expense. with respect to such health insurance, the county reserves the right to change the deducible amounts and coverage levels at any time prior to or during the term of office. And, further, provided that should the maximum county tax levy of fifty cents per $100 valuation be reduced by statute or constitutional amendment, the county reserves the right to provide employee only health insurance coverage for the Public Defender. Motion carried. 10:30 A.M. Rosenkotter made a motion and Quandt seconded to return to regular session. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. The Resolution for exchange of collateral from Union Bank and Trust was received. Quandt made a motion and Rosenkotter seconded to , accept and sign Resolution #1688 for Exchange of Collateral from Union Bank. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Quandt, Ro~enkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carrled.
