Abernethy, Lancaster, Long and <br />Stelk all voted yes and Hartman, Landis and Quandt voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY - DISCUSS UNITED FOOD AND COMMERCIAL WORKERS <br />LOCAL NUMBER 22 V S. HALL COUNTY: Deputy County Jerry Janulewicz <br />stated the County has 20 days to file a response to the Court of <br />Industrial Relations. Landis made a motion and Lancaster <br />seconded to go into executive session concerning the United Food <br />and Commercial Workers number 22. Abernethy, Lancaster, Landis, <br />Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no, with <br />Hartman absent for the vote. <br /> <br />10:52 a.m. Executive session <br /> <br />11:15 a.m. Hartman made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go out <br />of executive session. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, <br />Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Landis made a motion and Lancaster seconded to hire Harding, <br />Schultz and Downs and Jerry Pigsley to represent Hall County for <br />the bargaining with the United Food and Commercial Workers local <br />number 22. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt <br />and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS: Stelk made a motion and Abernethy seconded to <br />accept and place on file the communications and to refer the <br />letter from Crane Meadows to Jerry Janulewicz. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes <br />and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION FOP NEGOTIATIONS: Stelk made a motion and <br />Abernethy seconded to go into executive session regarding FOP <br />negotiations. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />11:27 a.m. Executive session <br /> <br />12:20 p.m. Lancaster made a motion and Landis seconded to go out <br />of executive session. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, <br />Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />COMMENCE AUDIT OF MONTHLY CLAIMS <br /> <br />ACTION ON CLAIM AUDIT: Landis made a motion and Quandt seconded <br />to approve the claims as audited. Abernethy, Lancaster, Landis, <br />Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no, with <br />Hartman absent for the vote. Motion carried. <br />
