<br />~:l ;.:- 39~ <br /> <br />BOARD MEMBERS REPORTS: Quandt - He attended the Head Start <br />meeting and reported that the computer room was cleaned. He also <br />reported that a vending machine need to be removed from the <br />public works building and provided the board members with costs <br />on EPC hearings. <br /> <br />Stelk - She attended the long-range planning meeting and will <br />attend a Heartland Vision government meeting. <br /> <br />Hartman - None <br /> <br />Landis - She attended an ADA meeting, a meeting concerning a <br />recreational area at CAAP and will have a Reuse meeting on <br />December 4, with a public hearing at College Park. She will be <br />attending a Reuse meeting in New Orleans. <br /> <br />Abernethy - She attended a Region III Advisory meeting and the <br />Long-Range Planning meeting. <br /> <br />Lancaster - She attended the Midland Area Agency on Aging <br />meeting, long range planning meeting and hopes to tour the <br />Veterans Administration Building to view the space available. <br /> <br />Long - He attended the meeting at tonner Park on the Heartland <br />Fibers project and it has good promise for the tri-city area and <br />he attended Midland Area Agency on Aging in Hastings. <br /> <br />TAX CORRECTION NOTICES: Stelk made a motion and Landis seconded <br />to authorize the Chair to initial tax correction notices #1757 to <br />#1770. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and <br />Stelk all voted yes and none voted no.
