<br />. ., "f?E5'3S' <br /> <br />(Exhibit A) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # q '7 - GO 6 Y <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE HALL COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO DESIGNATE AN ADDITIONAL IDGHW A Y <br />COMMERCIAL NODE EAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF IDGHW A Y 281 AND <br />BARROWS ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Regional Planning Commission <br />("Commission"), held September 3, 1997, the Commission held a public hearing and considered <br />the designation of an additional highway commercial node east of the intersection of Highway 281 <br />and Barrows Road as depicted in Attachment "A" attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, following further consideration, the Regional Planning Commission, by a <br />unanimous vote of the 11 members present, recommended that the Hall County Board approve <br />the amendment to the Hall County Comprehensive Development Plan, which would designate a <br />future highway service commercial node east of the intersection of Highway 281 at its intersection <br />with Barrows Road, as proposed in Attachment "A/:" and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Hall County Board of Supervisors held on <br />September 23, 1997, the Hall County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing upon the <br />aforesaid amendment to the Hall County Comprehensive Development Plan. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOL YED, the Hall County Board of Supervisors, upon consideration of <br />the record herein and upon consideration of the factors as set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. ~23-174.05, <br />finds that the proposed amendment to the Hall County Comprehensive Development Plan, which <br />would designate a future highway service commercial node east of the intersection of Highway <br />281 at its intersection with Barrows Road as set forth in Attachment "A," should be and is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br />*' <br />Passed and adopted this ~ day of September, 1997. <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF <br />SUPERVISORS <br /> <br />BY: <br />H.
