She also told the Board they could buy a new <br />fax machine for the same amount or less money than it would take <br />to repair the old one. Hagen is to come in with a recommendation <br />on a new fax machine. <br /> <br />COUNTY BOARD MEMBER REPORTS: <br />Stelk - Heartland Vision <br />Quandt - Midland Area Agency on Aging <br />Landis - Prison Reform Meeting <br />Hartman - Prison Reform Meeting <br />Lancaster - Midland Arena Agency on Aging <br />Abernethy - United Way, Corrections Committee, Heartland Vision <br />Meeting <br />Long - Correction Meeting, Midland Area Agency on Aging, NACO <br />meeting in Lincoln, Prison Reform Meeting. <br /> <br />REVIEW CLAIM WITHHELD: Motion was made by Stelk and seconded by <br />Hartman to accept the claim. Additional information had been <br />received since last week concerning this claim. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Long, Quandt, Stelk all voted yes. Landis <br />voted against. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESTRUCTURING OF COUNTY BOARD COMMITTEES: Quandt made a motion <br />seconded by Stelk, that the Committees meet on the first and <br />third Tuesday of each month and that the regular Board meetings <br />be held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Quandt <br />voted yes, Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, and Stelk <br />voted against. Motion denied. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORT: Hartman made the motion, seconded by Landis, to <br />send Jerry Janulewicz to a consultant meeting in New Orleans. <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt, and Stelk <br />all voted yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS: none <br /> <br />Hartman made the motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by <br />Landis. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt, <br />and Stelk all voted yes.
