" <br /> <br />/f~;c 33h <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />(Exhibit B) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # q 1- CO& S <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REZONING APPROXIl\'IA TEL Y 2.36 ACRES OF LAND <br />Il\'lMEDIATELY EAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF IDGHWAY 281 AND BARROWS <br />ROAD FROl\'I AG-l AGRICULTURAL TO HC-IDGHWAY COl\'Il\'IERCIAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, At the regular meeting of the Regional Planning Commission <br />("Commission"), held September 3, 1997, the Commission held a public hearing and considered <br />the rezoning of approximately 2.36 acres of land located immediately east of the intersection of <br />Highway 281 and Barrows Road from AG-I Agricultural to HC-Highway Commercial <br />designation in conjunction with the consideration of an amendment of the Hall County <br />Comprehensive Development Plan to include an additional highway commercial node east of the <br />intersection of Highway 281 and Barrows Road as depicted in Attachment "A" attached hereto; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, following further consideration, the Regional Planning Commission, by a <br />unanimous vote of the 11 members present, recommended that the Hall County Board approve <br />the amendment to the Hall County Comprehensive Development Plan, which would designate a <br />future highway service commercial node east of the intersection of Highway 281, at its <br />intersection with Barrows Road, as proposed in Attachment "A" and to approve the request to <br />rezone approximately 2.36 acres of land located immediately east of the intersection of Highway <br />281 and Barrows Road from AG-l Agricultural to HC-Highway Commercial; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Hall County Board of Supervisors held on <br />September 23, 1997, the Hall County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing upon the <br />aforesaid amendment to the Hall County Comprehensive Development Plan and the requested <br />rezoning as set forth above. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOL YED, the Hall County Board of Supervisors, upon consideration of <br />the record herein and upon consideration of the factors as set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. 923-114.03, <br />finds that the proposed rezoning of approximately 2.,36 acres of land located immediately east of <br />the intersection of Highway 281 and Barrows Road from AG-l Agricultural to HC-Highway <br />Commercial as depicted by Attachment "A" should be and is hereby approved. In accordance <br />with the Hall County Zoning Resolution, such change shall be entered upon the Official Zoning <br />Map of Hall County', which entry shall be signed by the Chairman of the County Board of <br />Supervisors and attested by the County Clerk. Upon such change and entry on the Official <br />Zoning Map, this change shall become effective. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this ~\~ day of September, 1997. <br />
