Abernethy, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt, and Stelk <br />all voted yes. Hartman was absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Discussion was held regarding a contract agreement between the <br />State and Hall County. Quandt made the motion and Stelk seconded <br />that the public hearing be closed. Abernethy, Hartman, <br />Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt, and Stelk all voted yes.
