<br />10:00 a.m. BID OPENING MAINTENANCE OVERLAY PROJECTS: Bids were
<br />open and read from J.I.L. Asphalt Paving Company and Gary Smith
<br />Construction. Lancaster made the motion seconded by Abernethy to
<br />accept and refer the bids to the Public Works Department.
<br />Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt, and Stelk
<br />all voted yes. Motion carried.

<br />10:20 a.m. PUBLIC HEARING OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR
<br />ED STOLTENBERG: Hartman made the motion and Quandt seconded to
<br />open the public meeting regarding the conditional use permit for
<br />Ed Stoltenberg. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long,
<br />Quandt, and Stelk all voted yes. Motion carried.

<br />PUBLIC HEARING AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF NEBRASKA AND HALL COUNTY:
<br />Quandt made the motion, seconded by Lancaster to open the public
<br />hearing regarding an agreement with the State of Nebraska and
<br />Hall County about a signal light at Platte River Road and Highway
<br />34/281. Abernethy, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt, and Stelk
<br />all voted yes. Hartman was absent. Motion carried.

<br />Discussion was held regarding a contract agreement between the
<br />State and Hall County. Quandt made the motion and Stelk seconded
<br />that the public hearing be closed. Abernethy, Hartman,
<br />Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt, and Stelk all voted yes. Motion
<br />carried.
