Janulewicz <br />Deputy Hall County Attorney <br /> <br />APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH REGION III AND MID-PLAINS: Janulewicz <br />explained that this agreement was with Hall County and Mid-Plains <br />but Region III had requested to also be included in 'this <br />agreement. Programs for the development, administration and <br />operation of an adolescent dual diagnosis and a <br />children/adolescent girls group home were added, but the other <br />programs will have the highest priority and these two programs <br />will be funded only if there are funds available. Region III <br />will also receive the payments. Hartman made a motion and <br />Abernethy seconded to approve the agreement and authorize the <br />Chairman to sign. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long <br />and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, with Stelk absent. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES FOR CHILD <br />SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT: Janulewicz stated that this agreement has <br />been in effect for a number of years and it was reviewed by <br />County Attorney Ellen Totzke and the child support attorney and <br />they are requesting approval. Landis stated that she had <br />expressed some concern that week but after talking to Jerry it <br />was satisfactory. Landis made a motion and Lancaster seconded to <br />approve the cooperative agreement for child support enforcement <br />and authorize the Chairman to sign. Abernethy, Hartman, <br />Lancaster, Landis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted <br />no, with Stelk absent Motion carried. <br /> <br />SIGN CONTRACT WITH BAKER DEVELOPMENT FOR COMMUNICATIONS BUILDING: <br />Janulewicz stated that the contract was not ready with Baker <br />Development and this would need to be discussed next week. <br /> <br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Chairman Long called for public <br />participation and no one responded. <br />
