' WARRANTY DEED KNOW ALL 1vlEN BY THESE PRESENT, That Herman Mader, an unremarried Widower, he ein called the Grantor whether one or more, in consideration of ~ tf~ receive from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Hall County perein called the grantee whether one or more, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska. Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest comer of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4); thence running easterly along the north line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of Five Hundred Nmeteen and Thirty One Hundredths (519.31) feet; thence running southerly parallel with the west line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of Forty (40.0) feet; the*e running westerly parallel with and Forty (40.0) feet south of the north line of saiq Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of Five Hundred Nineteen and Thirty One HmJdredths (519.31) feet, to a point on the west line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4); theqce running northerly along the west line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of Fort}' (40.0) feet, to the point of beginning and containing 0.477 acres more or less of which d.393 acres more or less is presently occupied by public road right of way.
