<br />??;:;<66 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION?1af1<f <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is desirous of obtaining additional <br /> <br />property for highway improvement purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, has successfully negotiated with <br /> <br />Hennan Mader for the sale of certain real estate to be described in the following; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is empowered by the Constitution <br /> <br />and laws of the State of Nebraska to purchase real estate for highway improvement purposes and <br /> <br />accept deeds conveying that real estate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF <br /> <br />SUPER VISORS, HaIl County, State of Nebraska, to accept on behalf of Hall County, grantee, a <br /> <br />warranty deed from Herman Mader, grantor, to the following described real <br /> <br />estate: <br /> <br />A tract ofland comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section <br />Twenty-five (25), Township Twelve (12) North, RangP. Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. <br />Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />BegiIllling at the northwest comer of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4); thence ruIllling <br />easterly along the north line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of Five <br />Hundred Nineteen and Thirty One Hundredths (519.31) feet; thence ruIllling southerly <br />parallel with the west line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of Forty (40.0) <br />feet; thence running westerly parallel with and Forty (40.0) feet south of the north line of <br />said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of Five Hundred Nineteen and Thirty One <br />Hundredths (519.31) feet, to a point on the west line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4); <br />thence running northerly along the west line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a <br />distance of Forty (40.0) feet, to the point of beginning and containing 0.477 acres more or <br />less of which 0.393 acres more or less is presently occupied by public road right of way. <br />Net 0.084 acres more or less. <br /> <br />for the purpose of providing additional lands for the aforementioned highway improvements. <br /> <br />DATED this <br /> <br />17 dayof <br /> <br />9~u/ <br /> <br />,19 Cl7 <br /> <br />'tlJ~() ~ <br /> <br />
