Landis made a motion and Lancaster seconded to award the bid to Contryman & Associates for bid lots #1 to #4 plu~ the 20-hour support agreement. This bid is for the complete proJect. Pine Grand Island, NE 68801 Hall County Board of Supervisors: The Hall County Computer Committee has reviewed the five propo~al~ submitted for the Criminal Justice System server upgrade, additional hardware for the Election COmmISSIOner, computer memory upgrades for the County Attorney, and related network software. Computer COmmIttee AUTHORIZE STATE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR TO DO SAFETY INSPECTION: Landis explained that this inspection is required by OSHA and would be at no cost to the County. The fee is normally $700.00. The inspection will help the county with long range plans. Landis made a motion and Abernethy seconded to authorized the State Department to do the inspection. Abernethy, Lancaster, Landis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, Stelk absent. Hartman did not vote. Motion carried. APPROVE REZONING REQUEST CASE C-1297GI: Dave Barber, with the Regional Planning Commission, stated a public hearing was held for the rezoning request for the 24 acres for the Lutheran High School. This could be allowed by a conditional use permit. The Regional Planning Commission felt it was satisfactory to grant the rezoning. Quandt made a motion and Hartman seconded to approve the rezoning request. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, Stelt absent. Motion carried. ACC~PT AND PLACE ON FILE THE 1997 STUHR MUSEUM REPORT: Abernethy made a motion and Hartman seconded to accept the Stuhr Museum report and place on file and the office reports from the Clerk of the District Court, Register of Deeds and the Hall County Attorney. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, Stelk absent. Motion carried.
