Landis made a motion and Lancaster seconded to <br />award the bid to Contryman & Associates for bid lots #1 to #4 <br />plu~ the 20-hour support agreement. This bid is for the complete <br />proJect. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long and Quandt <br />all voted yes and none voted no, Stelk absent. Computer COmmIttee <br /> <br />AUTHORIZE STATE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR TO DO SAFETY INSPECTION: <br />Landis explained that this inspection is required by OSHA and <br />would be at no cost to the County. The fee is normally $700.00. <br />The inspection will help the county with long range plans. <br />Landis made a motion and Abernethy seconded to authorized the <br />State Department to do the inspection. Abernethy, Lancaster, <br />Landis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, Stelk <br />absent. Hartman did not vote. Motion carried. <br /> <br />APPROVE REZONING REQUEST CASE C-1297GI: Dave Barber, with the <br />Regional Planning Commission, stated a public hearing was held <br />for the rezoning request for the 24 acres for the Lutheran High <br />School. This could be allowed by a conditional use permit. The <br />Regional Planning Commission felt it was satisfactory to grant <br />the rezoning. Quandt made a motion and Hartman seconded to <br />approve the rezoning request. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, <br />Landis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, Stelt <br />absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ACC~PT AND PLACE ON FILE THE 1997 STUHR MUSEUM REPORT: Abernethy <br />made a motion and Hartman seconded to accept the Stuhr Museum <br />report and place on file and the office reports from the Clerk of <br />the District Court, Register of Deeds and the Hall County <br />Attorney. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long and Quandt <br />all voted yes and none voted no, Stelk absent. Motion carried. <br />
