<br />91;: <br /> <br />16~ <br /> <br />REQUEST TO VACATE TWIN LAKES SUBDIVISION: The Twin Lakes Subdivision <br />was originally approved in 1993, and at this time has not been <br />put into use. The Regional Planning Commission approved the request <br />to vacate this subdivision at their May 7, meeting. Stelk made a <br />motion and Abernethy seconded to approve Resolution #97-00035 to <br />vacate the Twin Lakes Subdivision. Abernethy, Lancaster, Landis, <br />Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #97- 00035 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING TWIN LAKES SUBDMSION, BEING PART OF THE NORTH ONE <br />HALF OF THE NORTHEAST ONE QUARTER OF SECfION TWENTY FOUR, TOWNSHIP ELEVEN <br />NORTH, RANGE NINE WEST OF THE SIXTH PM, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> <br />WHEREAS the current owners of Twin Lakes Subdivision, located in Hall County, Nebraska, have <br />requested that the sutxuvision plat of Twin Lakes Subdivision be vacated in its entirety, including the revision of <br />all streets, alleys, and public grounds~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid request to vacate the subdivision plat was approved by the Regional Planning <br />Commission at its May 7, 1997 meetin~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid vacation requires approval of the County ofHatI and the City of Grand Island <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOL YED that the vacation of the subdivision plat of Twin Lakes Subdivision, located in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, be hereby approved All streets. alleys. and public grounds dedicated by said subdivision <br />plat shall hereby revert to the current owners of said subdivision. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED TIllS 13 DAY OF MAY, 1997. <br /> <br /> <br />SUPERVISORS <br /> <br />H. Stelk made a motion and <br />Quandt seconded to approve Resolution #97-00036. Abernethy, Lancaster, <br />Landis, Long, Qu~ndt and Stelk al] voted yes and none voted no.
