<br />COUNTY ATTORNEY: Deputy County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz
<br />requested the board to set up a negotiation team for the Road
<br />Department with the Communications Worker's of America. Stelk
<br />made a motion and Quandt seconded to appoint Richard Hartman,
<br />Daniel Hostler and Jerry Janulewicz to the negotiation team.
<br />Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk
<br />all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />TORT CLAIM FOR CATRINA BARGER: Janulewicz reported to the board
<br />the response received from the insurance carrier and their
<br />recommendation to table the claim. No action was taken the
<br />tort claim was tabled.

<br />APPROVE REAL ESTATE TRANSFER FOR LOTS 5, 6 AND 7, BLOCK 14,
<br />METHS ADDITON: These three lots were acquired from a tax
<br />forclosure sale. Stelk made a motion and Abernethy seconded
<br />to approve Resolution #970029 to transfer lots. Abernethy,
<br />'Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted
<br />yes and none voted no. Motion carried

<br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, Nebraska, is the record title owner of the above described real
<br />property, having acquired the same through tax foreclosure proceedings~ and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. sec. 77-1936, property acquired under tax foreclosure
<br />proceedings may be sold by the governmental body which acquired the property by deed signed by the
<br />chairman for such price as the governing body of the governmental subdivision, in the exercise of good
<br />faith, finds to be a reasonable price for the property~ and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the County Board of Hall County, Nebraska, desires to sell the above-described real
