<br />tl1J:/6/ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Board ofHatI County, Nebraska, received an offer from Grand Island <br />Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc., for the purchase of the above described real property for the sum of <br />THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000.00). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sale of the above-described real property for <br />the sum of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000.00) is hereby detennined to be a reasonable price for <br />said property and the sale of the same is hereby approved. Janulewicz <br /> <br />APPROVE RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH PETTY CASH FUNDS FOR SHERIFF'S <br />OFFICE: The County Sheriff's Department has two petty cash <br />funds one of $3,000.00 and two of $100.00 each. It was approved <br />the board minutes to establish the petty cash funds but the <br />audit recommended to approve the fu~ds by resolution. Landis <br />expressed her concern and requested to delay action on the <br />resolutions until the audit committee meeting. She requested <br />that Janulewicz also attend the meeting at 1:30 p.m. April 29. <br />It will 'be.reviewed and the committee will made a recommendation. <br /> <br />APPROVE RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR REGIONAL <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Dave Barber, explained the shortage was <br />due to the retirement of Nelson Helm. Stelk made a motion and <br />Abernethy seconded to approve Resolution #970030 to transfer <br />appropriations for the Regional Planning Commission. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted <br />yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 197- ()(231J <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS FOR <br />THE HALL COUNTY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to unforeseen circumstances there are additional <br />expenses to be incurred in the operation of the Hall County Regional <br />Planning Commission Office which expenses could not have been <br />reasonably anticipated at the time the County budget for the current <br />year was adopted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are sufficient unexpended unencumbered funds <br />remaining in the County General Fund -Miscellaneous item line 2-9900 <br />(miscellaneous expenses) to permit a transfer of $11,499.67 from said <br />item to the County General Fund item 970 (Miscellaneous General) line <br />2-4404 (planning costs) in order to pay said unanticipated additional. <br />
