Stelk made a motion and Landis seconded to <br />set the public hearing for the conditional use permit for February <br />11 at 11:00 a.m. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING HALL COUNTY BUILDING CODE REGULATIONS: Stelk <br />made a motion and Abernethy seconded to set the public hearing for <br />building code regulations for February 11 at 11:15 a.m. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and <br />none voted no. Motion carried. Landis requested that Max Boersen, <br />County Building Inspector, contact the Conditional Use Committee <br />concerning the public hearings. <br /> <br />QUARTERLY REPORT REGIONAL PLANNING DIRECTOR: The Board members <br />received a copy of the Regional Planning Director's quarterly <br />report. Stelk made amotion and Hartman seconded to accept and <br />place on file. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CONTRACT LANCASTER COUNTY ATTENTION CENTER FOR YOUTH: The contract <br />with the Lancaster County Attention Center for Youth was received. <br />Stelk made a motion and Hartman seconded to refer it to the judges <br />and Criminal Justice Committee. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, <br />Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />DISCUSS COMMUNICATION ON YOUTH DETENTI0NFACILITY AT AURORA: Irene <br />Abernethy provided the board members with a copy of a letter from <br />CNEB Attention Center Inc. in Aurora. This will be a staff secure <br />facility. The judges determine what facility will be used. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION RE PERSONNEL REVIEW: 11:35 a.m. Stelk made a <br />motion and Hartman seconded to go into executive session on the <br />personnel review. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />11:55 a.m. Hartman made a motion and Lancaster seconded to return <br />to regular session. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis', Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />
