Stelk made a <br />motion and Quandt seconded to approve Resolution #98-0075 for the <br />condition use permit for Nitro Construction. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98 - (,0 7 .~. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GR..Au"lTING <br />A CONDITIONAL USE PER1\1IT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Nitro Construction, is the owner of the following described real estate, to- <br /> <br />wit: <br /> <br />Southeast Quarter (SEl/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SWl/4) of <br />Section Thirty Six (36), TO\vnship Eleven (11) North, Range Nine <br />(9) West of the 6th P.NL, Hall County, Nebraska, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above described real estate is located in an area in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, presently zoned for agricultural use (AG-2); and <br />WHEREAS, Nitro Construction has presented an application for a Conditional Use <br />Permit to the Hall County Board of Supervisors requesting a Conditional Use Permit under the <br />appropriate Section ofthe Zoning Resolution as permitted under the Conditional Uses set forth <br />under the Agricultural Zoning for the mining and pumping of sand and gravel from the land; and <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors finds that the Conditional Use Permit <br />is authorized under the conditional uses set forth in the permitted conditional use under AG-2 <br />Zoning, and the Board further finding that said conditional use will not adversely effect the <br />
