<br />1. ~Close DOT# 083067K State will pay $12=000 -:-55,000, BNSF will pay $5,000
<br />Build a frontage road between Airport Road and Engleman Road= BNSF will pay upto
<br />568,000 for the construction of the frontage road which includes the relocation of an
<br />irrigation well and the purchase of right of way, this is estimated at $80,000. The county
<br />will use the States $12,000, $5,000 and BNSP's $5,000 to make up the difference.

<br />Install gates and lights at DOT# 083066D Engleman Road, this is estimated at $200,000
<br />State will use state and federal funds to pa.y 100% of the cost,

<br />Install gates and lights at DOT# 08306W Mcnitor Road, this is estimated at $200,000
<br />State will use state and federal funds to pa.y 100% of the cost.

<br />Install gates and lights at DOT# 083062B 70m Road, this is estimated at $200,000 State
<br />will use state and federal funds to pay 100% of the oost.

<br />2. .Close DOT# 083061U Abbott Road State 'Nill pay $12,000 +55,000, B);[SF will pay
<br />$5,000. The county will acquire and upsrade Abbott Mill Roadway which is between
<br />70th. Road and Abbott Road to become a public road, this cost is estimated at $12,000.
<br />Tho county will use the States $12,000 to upgrade this road.

<br />Install gate and lights at DOT# 083060M 80th. Rpad. this is e~imated at $200,000 State
<br />will use state and federal funds to pay 100% of the cost.

<br />Install gate and lights at DOT# 083056X Schauppsville Road, t.ltis is estimaled at
<br />$200,000 State will use state and federai fhnds to pay 100% of the cost. The
<br />Schauppsville county road and Nebraska Hwy 2 intersection will be reloca.ted 'to the west,
<br />this is estimated at $20,000. State will use Federal funds for this location which requires
<br />a 20010 match, the county will use funds from the Abbott Road closure for their 20%
<br />match.

<br />3. ~C1Qse DOT# 083254J White Cloud Road State will pay $12,000 +$5,000. BNSF
<br />will pay $5,000.

<br />4. *Close DOT# 083216J IIOth Road. State will pay $12,000 ....$5,000, BNSF will pay
<br />55,000.
<br />
<br />A frontage road will be built to connect 11 01h Road and White Cloud Road, this cost 1s
<br />estimated at $70,000. BNSF will pay upto S46,OOO for the construction of the frontage
<br />road and relocation of all irrigation well and purchase of right of way. The county will
<br />use the States $12.000, $5,000, BNSF's $5,000 and funds remaining from the Abbott
<br />Road closure to make up the difference.
<br />
<br />After the agreement is signed the Railroad j.lpon receiving an invoice will pay the county
<br />$57,000 towards the project, this is represents 50% of the cost: for building the qontage
<br />roads. Once the project is underway the county can send progressive bills to the state and
<br />ral1road separately.
<br />
<br />After the agreement is signed and all the crossings are closed the county can bill the
<br />railroad and state for the $5,000 for each crossing.
