Tracy Overstreet with the Grand Island Independent objected to the executive session stating it should be in open session if it was to set salaries. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. Executive session 9:10 a.m. 9:35 a.m. Lancaster made a motion and Long seconded to go out of executive session. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried.
