qY-j:: t:J3/~ RESOLUTION #98 0 () 5 ~ WHEREAS, on the days of September 15, 16 and 17, 1998 Husker Harvest Days will be held at thes.~outh edge of the Comhusker Army Ammunition Plant; and WHEREAS, due to the narrow shoulders on county roads in the area of the Husker Harvest Days site)t is desirable to prohibit the stopping. standing and parking of vehicles upon certain roads in the vicinity of the Husker Harvest Days site during the period of said event. THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the Hall County Board of Supervisors that commencing September 9, 1998 the stopping. standing or parking of vehicles upon the following county roadways, their shoulders and right of ways is hereby prohibited. to-wit: I. On Husker Highway from its intersection with 80th Road to the intersection of Husker Highway and Schauppsville Road,a distance of approximately two miles. 2. On 90th Road from its intersection with Husker Highway to the intersection of 90th Road and Schimmer Drive, a distance of approximately one mile. The Hall County Public Works Department shall erect and maintain such proper and adequate signs thereon to effectuate this resolutiollt and.. remove the same on or after September 18, 1998.
