Janulewic:z <br />Deputy Hall County Attorney <br /> <br />CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION REGARDING OFFER OF GIFT OF BURIAL LOTS: <br />Deputy county Attorney Jerry Janulewicz stated he received <br />information from Karen Kleine with Kleine Funeral Home concerning <br />burial lots that the family of Gene Hopkins wanted to donate to <br />offset his funeral expenses. Lancaster made a motion and Stelk <br />seconded to authorized Jerry Janulewicz to investigate the gift <br />of the burial lots. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN THE APPLICATION FOR THE HANDI-BUS: <br />Mary Ann Manning and Lois Steinike received information <br />concerning funds for a handi-bus and requested to submit an <br />application for the next fiscal year. Landis made a motion and <br />Quandt seconded to authorize the chair to sign the application <br />for the handi-bus. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />APPROVE RESOLUTION FOR AG-INSTITUTE FOR PARKING AT HUSKER HARVEST <br />DAYS: Long made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve <br />Resolution #98-0058 for parking at Husker Harvest Days. <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all <br />voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br />
