9% f-t:) .;2 J 5 WHEREAS, the Hall County Assistant Public Defenders, the Hall County Public Defenders Organization, and the County of Hall desire to settle all claims and causes of action which the Hall County Assistant Public Defenders and the Hall County Public Defenders Organization has or may have against the County ofHall~ and WHEREAS, the Hall County Public Assistant Public Defenders, the Hall County Public Defenders Organization and the County of Hall desire to enter into a labor agreement for the term July 1, 1998 to June 30,2000; and WHEREAS, the Hall County Assistant Public Defenders, by and through the Hall County Public Defenders Organization, and the County of Hall have negotiated and are negotiating in good faith to resolve all issues concerning said litigation and labor agreement. NOW BE IT RESOL YED that the attached proposed labor agreement and the attached proposed settlement agreement and general release be hereby tentatively approved by the Hall County Board of Supervisors on behalf of the County of Hall.
