Janulewicz <br />Deputy Hall County Attorney <br /> <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION ASSIGNING THE DUTIES FOR ABANDONED MOTOR <br />VEHICLES AND ESTABLISHING DAILY STORAGE FEES: Hall County does <br />not have a policy regarding the sale of the abandoned vehicles by <br />the Hall County Sheriff's Department. This resolution will <br />establish the structure for assigning the Hall County Sheriff's <br />office to remove abandoned vehicles, authorize the sale of the <br />vehicles and set a daily storage. Quandt made a motion and <br />Abernethy seconded to approve Resolution #98-0038 assigning <br />duties for abandoned motor vehicles. Abernethy, Lancaster, <br />Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no, <br />with Hartman absent.
