<br />9~FtPtJ l(~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98 <br /> <br />oo/{) <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION PERMITTING THE CONDITIONAL USE OF CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE EAST <br />ONE-HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST <br />QUARTER OF SECTION SIXTEEN, TOWNSHIP TEN NORTH, RANGE <br />TEN, WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Platte River By-Products, Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "applicant," is the <br /> <br />owner of property in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> <br />The Northeast Quarter (NE1I4) ofthe East One-Half (E1I2) of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NWl/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1I4) of Section Sixteen (16), <br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, <br />Nebraska; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, applicant has filed its application to use the above-described property for <br /> <br />operating an animal rendering plant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is located in an AG-l Agricultural Zone in Hall County, <br /> <br />Nebraska, and the requested use may be permitted as a conditional use pursuant to the Hall <br /> <br />County Zoning Resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, applicant has further requested to use the above-described property for the <br /> <br />placement of a mobile home to be used by applicant as an office for applicant's animal rendering <br /> <br />plant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors finds that the requested conditional <br /> <br />use will not adversely effect the public interest, and that said Board is empowered under the <br /> <br />Zoning Resolution to grant said conditional use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board finds that compliance with the specific rules governing individual <br /> <br />conditional uses will be satisfied by compliance with the conditions contained herein and set <br /> <br />forth below. <br />
