<br />tf7; cJO .If 3> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers granted under the Zoning Resolution as <br /> <br /> <br />adopted by the Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, the Hall County Board of <br /> <br />Supervisors, hereby grants to Platte River By-Products, Ltd. a Conditional Use Permit to use the <br /> <br /> <br />above described real estate for the purpose of operating an animal rendering plant, SUBJECT TO <br /> <br />the following conditions, restrictions and limitations: <br /> <br />(A) The above-described said real estate must, at all times, be kept in a clean, neat and <br /> <br />orderly condition. <br /> <br />(B) No carcasses of dead animals, offals, spoiled meats, or putrid animal substances shall <br /> <br />be placed or stored upon the real estate in such a way as to create an unreasonable hazard or <br /> <br />nuisance to adjacent landowners or to the general public. <br /> <br />(C) No uses under the Conditional Use Permit shall result in air, water, or groundwater <br /> <br />pollution which creates an unreasonable hazard or nuisance to the adjacent landowners or to the <br /> <br />general public. <br /> <br />(D) The term ofthe Conditional Use Permit shall be for a period offive (5) years <br /> <br /> <br />beginning the date hereof, but may be terminated if permittee fails to comply with any of the <br /> <br /> <br />conditions, restrictions and obligations set forth herein. The Hall County Board of Supervisors <br /> <br />shall notify the permittee in writing setting forth the specific area of noncompliance. lfthe <br /> <br />permittee fails to take reasonable action to comply with the notice of noncompliance and correct <br /> <br />any or all violations within 30 days after receiving said notice, the Hall County Board of <br /> <br />Supervisors shall hold a hearing to consider the revocation and termination of the Conditional <br /> <br /> <br />Use Permit by a majority vote. <br /> <br /> <br />(E) Nothing in this grant of Conditional Use shall be construed as a grant of right, <br /> <br />authority of permit to allow any"use ofland, materials or methods which violate any state or <br />
