Stelk made a <br />motion and Landis seconded to go into executive session regarding <br />the Truell contract and the public defenders organization. <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all <br />voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />9:13 A.M. Executive session <br /> <br />9:44 A.M. Quandt made a motion and Long seconded to go out of <br />executive session. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Stelk made a motion and Quandt seconded to cancel the Truell <br />contract for the second tier services and notify the courts. <br />Stelk amended her motion and Quandt seconded to set the <br />cancellation date for February 27 at 5:00 p.m. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes <br />and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />APPROVE CHANGES ON RESOLUTION FORMAT: The new format will show <br />how each board member voted and be signed by the Chairman. <br />Quandt made a motion and Landis seconded to approve the new <br />format for the resolutions. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, <br />Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />APPROVE RESOLUTION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS FOR PLATTE RIVER <br />BY-PRODUCTS AND HEARTLAND COOP. The public hearings for the <br />conditional use permits were held January 27 and the board <br />approved the permits. Stelk made a motion and Quandt seconded to <br />approve Resolution #98-0010 for Platte River By-Products and <br />Resolution #98-0011 for Heartland Coop. Abernethy, Hartman, <br />Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none <br />voted no. Motion carried. <br />
