Janulewicz <br />Deputy Hall County Attorney <br /> <br />PFEIL PROPERTY CONVEYANCE - AUTHORIZE DEPUTY COUNTY ATTORNEY TO <br />APPROVE LISTING AND SALE OF REMAINING PROPERTY: Landis made a <br />motion and Abernethy seconded to authorize Jerry Janulewicz to <br />approve the listing of the property. The price of the property <br />is at $72,900.00. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Long and Stelk all <br />voted yes and Quandt voted no, with Lancaster absent. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />SET UP COMMITTEE TO INSPECT COMMUNICATIONS TOWER: Chairman <br />Hartman appointed Landis, Stelk and Long on the committee to <br />inspect the tower and return with a recommendation. Stelk stated <br />this was a positive project with the keno money. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none <br />voted no, with Lancaster absent.
