<br />_J' <br /> <br />f 199903i;3 <br /> <br />5.15 SRC-Special Recreation/Conservation - <br /> <br />The intent of this district use is to allow for special outdoor recreational shooting facilities, <br />recreational vehicle campgrounds as well as low impact recreational uses associated with <br />pedestrian and equestrian trails, in accordance with the Comhusker Army Ammunition Plant <br />Comprehensive Reuse Plan. <br /> <br />(a) PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES: <br /> <br />. Agricultural uses excluding feed lots and the commercial feeding of livestock. <br />. Raising of field crops and horticulture. <br />· Low impact recreational uses associated with pedestrian and equestrian trails, when <br />consistent with the eAAP Comprehensive Land Use Plan. <br />. Recreational vehicle campgrounds. <br />. Outdoor recreational shooting facilities. <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />(b) PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES: <br /> <br />· Other buildings or uses accessory to a permitted use. <br /> <br />(c) PERMITTEO CONOlTlONAl USES: <br /> <br />. Caretaker dwelling associated with the outdoor recreational shooting facilities and <br />recreational vehicle campground. <br /> <br />(d) PROHIBITED USES: <br /> <br />· Any use not specifically listed as a permitted principal use or permitted accessory use. <br /> <br />(e) SPACE LIMITATIONS: <br /> <br />· Minimum parcel area: 871,200 square feet (20 acres). <br />. Minimum lot width: 100 feet. <br />· Maximum building height: no restrictions. <br />. Minimum front yard: 35 feet. <br />. Minimum rear yard: 35 feet. <br />· Minimum side yard: 20 feet. <br />· Maximum ground coverage: 30% <br /> <br />(f) MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS: <br /> <br />Supplementary district regulations shall be complied with as required herein. <br />
