Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, <br />Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # qq-OO!5CJ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REZONING THE CORNHUSKER ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT SITE <br />LOCATED IMMEDIA TEL Y EAST OF SCHAUPPSVILLE ROAD, WEST OF 60th ROAD, <br />NORTH OF HUSKER HIGHWAY AND SOUTH OF AIRPORT ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS" At the regular meeting of the Regional Planning Commission ("Commission"), <br />held July 7, 1999, the Commission held a public hearing and considered the requested rezoning of the <br />Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant site located immediately east of Schauppsville Road, west of <br />60th Road, north of Husker Highway and south of Airport Road as set forth in Attachment "A," <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and 4. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, following further consideration, the Regional Planning Commission, by a 6 to 2 <br />vote of the nine members present, recommended that the Hall County Board approve the proposal to <br />rezone the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant site to the following zones: AG-SC Special <br />Agriculture/Conservation; AG-SE Special AgriculturelEvents; AG-SI Special AgriculturelIndustrial; <br />and SRC-Special Recreation/Conservation as shown on Attachment "A;" and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Hall County Board of Supervisors held on July 27, <br />1999, the Hall County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing upon the aforesaid rezoning as set <br />forth above.. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED, the Hall County Board of Supervisors, upon consideration of the <br />record herein, fulds and orders that the proposed rezoning the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant <br />site located immediately east of Schauppsville Road, west of 60th Road, north of Husker Highway <br />and south of Airport Road to the following zones: AG-SC Special Agriculture/Conservation; AG-SE <br />Special AgriculturelEvents; AG-SI Special AgriculturelIndustrial; and SRC-Special <br />Recreation/Conservation as shown on Attachment" A" is approved. In accordance with the Hall <br />County Zoning Resolution, such zone district change shall be entered upon the Official Zoning Map <br />of Hall County which entry shall be signed by the Chairman of the County Board of Supervisors and <br />attested by the County Clerk.
