<br />t199902~Jr1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said resolution #99-0023 incorrectly described the zoning district as TA- <br />Transitional Agricultural rather than T A-I Transition Agricultural. Further, there is no T A- <br />Transitional Agricultural district described within the Hall County Zoning Resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors desires to adopt a resolution amending <br />its previous resolution. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED, the Hall County Board of Supervisors, hereby amends <br />Resolution #99-0023 to state as follows: <br /> <br />Upon consideration of the record herein, the Hall County Board of Supervisors finds and orders <br />that the proposed rezoning of approximately 20 acres ofland described as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />the East 1;2 of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (E 1;2 NE ~ SE ~), <br />Section Thirty-One (31), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska excepting therefrom a tract of land more particularly <br />described in Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 128, Page 277, <br /> <br />from AG-I Agricultural zone to T A-I Transition Agricultural zone be approved: In, accordance <br />with the Hall County Zoning Resolution, such zone district change shall be entered upon the <br />Official Zoning Map of Hall County which entry shall be signed by the Chairman of the County <br />Board of Supervisors and attested by the County Clerk.
