<br />r= 199902~J2 <br /> <br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Vice Chair Logan called for public <br />participation and no one responded. <br /> <br />OPINION REGARDING PARKING ON NINE BRIDGE ROAD AND PROHIBITI~G <br />BICYCLE TRAFFIC ON COUNTY ROADS: Francis Hannon requested that <br />this item be addressed. Dan Hostler Public Works Director stated <br />that a resolution regarding the ~no parkingH on the bridges had <br />already been passed but it's hard to keep the bridges posted. <br />Hartman made a motion and Stelk seconded to instruct Dan Hostler <br />Public Works Director to post the bridges. Arnold, Hartman, <br />Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all voted yes and none voted <br />no with Jeffries absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />APPROVE AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION #99-0023 REZONING ON VOSS SUB: <br />The public hearing was held on this April 27 and Resolution #99- <br />0023 was adopted but it needs to be amended to TA-l transitional <br />agricultural. Stelk made a motion and Arnold seconded to approve <br />Resolution #99-0033 to amend resolution #99-0023. Arnold, <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all voted yes and <br />none voted no with Jeffries absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 99- 00 3.3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION # 99-0023 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, At the regular meeting of the Regional Planning Commission <br />("Commission"), held April 7, 1999, the Commission held a public hearing and considered the <br />requested rezoning of approximately 20 acres of land described as follows, to wit: the East Y2 of <br />the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (E Y2 NE Y4 SE Y4), Section Thirty-One (31), <br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />excepting therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in Quit Claim Deed recorded in <br />Book 128, Page 277, from AG-l Agricultural zone to TA-l Transition Agricultural zone; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, following further consideration, the Regional Planning Commission, by a 6 to <br />2 vote of the 8 members present, recommended that the Hall County Board deny the request to <br />rezone the above-described property from AG-l Agricultural to T A-I Transition Agriculture; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Hall County Board of Supervisors held on April <br />27, 1999, the Hall County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing upon the aforesaid rezoning <br />application as set forth above. The applicant, Colleen Voss, spoke in support of the application <br />and David Barber, Regional Planning Director spoke in opposition to the application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 11, 1999, the Hall County Board of Supervisors held a public <br />hearing on the above-mentioned application for zoning change and, following said public hearing, <br />adopted resolution #99-0023 to effectuate said zoning change; and <br />
