Executive session continued. <br /> <br />1:24 p.m. Logan made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go out of <br />executive session. Arnold, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan <br />and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Arnold made a motion and Logan seconded to place on the agenda <br />for May 11, 1999, action to rescind previous board action on <br />condemnation on conservation easements on the South Locust <br />project. Arnold, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all <br />voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION - REVIEW PERSONNEL EVALUATIONS: Lancaster made <br />a motion and Arnold seconded to into executive session. Arnold, <br />Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all voted <br />yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />1:26 p.m. executive session <br /> <br />1:45 p.m. Lancaster made a motion and Arnold seconded to go out <br />of executive session. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, <br />Landis and Logan all voted yes and none voted no, with Stelk <br />excused from the meeting. Motion carried. <br /> <br />BOARD MEMBERS REPORTS: Arnold - He attended the Head Start <br />meeting and reported that they are very thorough reviewing <br />expenses. He also attended a criminal justice committee meeting <br />on the grant and they will have another meeting this week. He <br />attended the building and grounds committee meeting and they are <br />looking at benches for the court house. <br /> <br />Landis - She attended the corrections union negotiation meetings, <br />the ADA meeting, Safety meeting, conditional use committee <br />meeting, the reuse committee meeting and audit committee meeting. <br /> <br />Lancaster - She attended the Senior Citizens meeting and letters <br />have been sent to the transportation committee regarding public <br />transportation. She attended the Stuhr Museum meeting and they <br />are working on better customer service locations and more <br />signage. She also attended the justice committee grant meeting. <br />She also attended the safety committee meeting as an alternate. <br /> <br />Logan - He attended the building and grounds committee meeting to <br />review the shingle bids. He questioned if the board wanted to <br />look at new video equipment. Landis stated the current equipment <br />was installed at a minimal cost. He reported that they are <br />looking for space in the CASA and juvenile service directors <br />office for the new safety coordinator. Logan reported that the <br />elected and appointed officials meeting he asked if the <br />
