Deputy County <br />Attorney Jerry Janulewicz stated that even though the project is <br />a capital improvement and under the county purchasing act this <br />project would not have to be let out for bids, it is a good <br />policy to use the bidding stystem so all companies have a full <br />and fair opportunity to bid. He also stated that the bid bond <br />for payment of supplies and work preformed is protection for all <br />interested parties. The motion to refer to the building and <br />grounds committee was voted on. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, <br />Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all voted yes and none voted <br />no. Motion carried. The recommendation will come to the board <br />on April 27. <br /> <br />10:10 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING FOR WERNER CONSTRUCTION CONDITONAL USE <br />PERMIT: Stelk made a motion and Hartman seconded to open the <br />public hearing for Werner Construction. Arnold, Hartman, <br />Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stlek all voted yes and <br />none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Landis stated the conditional use committee met and the permit <br />has expired and Werner Construction wants to renew it.
