Janulew;c% Deputy Hall County Attorney INSURANCE CLAIM AND CHECK FOR PARKS DEPARTMENT PICKUP: The truck at the parks department received minor damage from an auto accident and the insurance carrier paid for the damages. Hartman stated the he looked at the pickup and there was no damage to the bumper that he could see, and didn't feel it was necessary to fix it. Hartman made a motion and Stelk seconded to deposit the check from the insurance company in the general fund. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. SOUTH LOCUST STREET PROJECT: The board members wanted to discuss the negotiations on the appraisals and Janulewicz stated that they could go into executive session to discuss this. Arnold made a motion and Landis seconded to go into executive session to discuss the negotiations on the South Locust Street project. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried.
