Conley, all County rk) <br /> <br />JERRY RYAN MID-LAND AREA AGENCY ON AGING PRESENTATION TO BOARD <br />MEMBERS: Jerry Ryan stated that two previous board members had <br />served on the Mid-Land Area Agency on Aging board and he wanted <br />to recognize them. Huey Long received a certificate for his two <br />years of service on the board and Gary Quandt received a plaque <br />for his nine years of service. Chairman Jeffries thanked them <br />for their services. <br /> <br />10:35 A.M. EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING PERSONNEL GRIEVANCE: <br />Hartman made a motion and Arnold seconded to go into executive <br />session. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and <br />Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />12:00 P.M. recessed executive session. The board will return at <br />1:00 p.m. <br /> <br />1:00 p.m. continued the executive session. <br /> <br />1:27 a.m. Landis made a motion to go out of executive session and <br />Hartman seconded. Stelk was excused from the executive session. <br />Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted <br />yes and none voted no with Stelk absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Landis made a motion and Arnold seconded to sustain County <br />Treasurer Doris Mason's motion to dismiss the grievance filed by <br />Colleen Bishop. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and <br />Logan all voted yes and none voted no, with Stelk absent. Motion <br />carried. <br />
