Mr. Humphrey stated that they have the list on a <br /> spread sheet and he will get this information ta the committee. <br /> Mr. McFarland stated that these comments are not directed toward Mr. Stoltenberg they are just <br /> addressing the procedure. <br /> Public Works Director Casey Sherlock stated that this sets on the corner or 9�th Road and <br /> Whitecloud Road and it is on a minimum maintenance road. He has not had any complaints. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - Chairman Lancaster called for public participation and no one <br /> responded. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Ziola seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold, Lancaster, <br /> McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> B) DISCUSS AND APPROVE R�SOLUTION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br /> STOLTENBERG IRRIGATION —Schuppan made a motion and McFarland seconded to <br /> approve Resolution #12-070 Authorizing the Conditional Use Permit for Ed Stoltenberg. <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none <br /> voted no. Motian carried. <br /> 5 <br />
