The business approach sha11 be locatad off White Cloud Road. <br /> 2. Customer parking shall be confined to an area south of the propased office and storage <br /> building. <br /> 3. �utdoor equipment storage sha11 be confined to a 40 f�. x 60 ft, area located immediately <br /> � west af the existing 40 ft.x 6Q ft.Asiro building. This outdoor storage area shall be visually screened � <br /> frorn public view, frarn both White Claud Road and 90`''Road. <br /> 4, Signage shall be li.mited to one freestanding sign, not exceeding 32 square feet in area.
