RESOLUTION NO. 1,P - -00 `C) <br /> SIGNING OF AN ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> FOR FRACTURE CRITICAL BRIDGE INSPECTIONS <br /> Hall County <br /> Resolution No. I 0._-00 f O <br /> Whereas: the Nebraska Department of Roads (NDOR) is developing a transportation project, <br /> on the behalf of the County of Hall, Nebraska (County), for which it intends to obtain Federal <br /> funds; <br /> Whereas: the County, as a sub - recipient of Federal -Aid funding is charged with the <br /> responsibility of expending said funds in accordance with Federal, State and local laws, rules, <br /> regulations, policies and guidelines applicable to the funding of the Federal -aid project; <br /> Whereas: the County, and the NDOR wish to enter into an Engineering Services Agreement to <br /> provide fracture critical bridge inspection and re -load rating (if necessary) services for the <br /> Federal -aid project; <br /> Whereas: the County, has requested that Soft -Match be applied to ALL future Federal -aid <br /> projects and carries a credit balance sufficient to cover the match requirement for the project; <br /> Now Therefore Be It Resolved: that the County will cover its portion of the local match for the <br /> Federal -aid project utilizing credits from the County's Soft-match balance; <br /> Be It Further Resolved: that Pamela Lancaster, Chairperson of the Hall County Board of <br /> Supervisors is hereby authorized to sign the attached Engineering Services Agreement between <br /> the County of Hall, Nebraska and the Nebraska Department of Roads. <br /> Project No. BR- NBIS(95) <br /> Control No. 00872 <br /> Project Name: 2012 Statewide Fracture Critical Bridge Inspections <br /> Passed and Adopted this /'+ day of ,bvt.t A ( , 2012 at Hall County <br /> Nebraska. <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor , °� $A N, Ind '4 <br /> Seconded by Supervisor 1--e a \o <br /> Vote: <br /> David E.
