Stacey suggested receiving applications until January 20 at noon and then that afternoon hold a meeting to review the applications, send letters to the applicants for interviews on January 26 Arnold made a motion and Schuppan seconded to receive letters of interest until January 20 at noon and hold a public meeting January 20 at 1:00 p.m. to review the letters of interest and hold the interviews on January 26 at 5:00 p.m. Discussion was held on the letters.
