This executive session is to prevent needless harm or injury to the reputation of an individual. Arnold, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no with Jeffries absent. Motion carried. 10:26 a.m. executive session 11:57 a.m. Arnold made a motion and Ziola seconded to go out of to go out of executive session. Quandt made a motion and Ziola seconded to disband the correction steering committee and hold a board of corrections meeting once a month the rest of year. ° Schuppan made a motion and Purdy seconded to amend the motion to not disband the corrections steering committee and to meet as a board of corrections once a month for the rest of the year. Amold stated he does not want to disband the committee but hold a correction meeting every other week. The vote was taken on the amended motion to not disband the committee.
