Saiu po lilt c iii nine - a. i t ~.~ <br />and five-tenths (9b7.5) feetywest of the northeast corner <br />of said Southwest Quarter (5?~?~) and also being the north- <br />west corner of ?Jest Heights Second Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska; thence running southerly <br />parallel to the east line of said Southwest Quarter (S4~'~), <br />and also being the west line of said G?est Heights Second <br />Addition, a distance of six hundred forty (640) feet; <br />thence running westerly parallel to the north line of <br />said Southwest Quarter (SW~) a distance of seven hundred <br />six and thirty-six hundredths (70b.3b} feet to a point <br />on the east line of Wolfe's Subdivision; thence running <br />northerly along the east line of ?s'olfe's Subdivision a <br />distance of six hundred forty (640) feet to a point on <br />the North line of said Southwest Quarter (S?J~) and also <br />being the northeast corner of said ?Jolfe's Subdivision; <br />thence running easterly along the North line of said <br />Southwest Quarter (Sty~3) a distance of seven hundred six <br />and eighty-eight hundredths (706.88} feet to the point <br />of beginning, and containing 10.38 acres, more or less; <br />desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract <br />of land which is Located within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City Council of such <br />City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such <br />proposed subdivisior. to be knowr. as Dau Subdivision, designating expli- <br />citly the Land to be laid out and particularly describing the lats, <br />streets, and easements belgonging to such subdivision, with lots des- <br />ignated by nucbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, and <br />proposes to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by <br />the Regional Planning Co?~issior. and the City Council to be acknowl- <br />edged by such owner, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered <br />land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of streets to the use of the <br />public fore8er, and of the easements to public utilities.
