TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOT ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That John A. Wolf, Trustee, in the exercise of the power of
<br />sale conferred upon him, does hereby execute and deliver this in-
<br />denture,
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, for valuable consideration, on the 29th day of
<br />June, 1984, Daniel A. Wenzl and Joy L. Wenzl, as Trustor,
<br />executed and delivered their Trust Deed to John A. Wolf, Attorney
<br />at Law, as Trustee, and Norwest Bank Grand Island, National
<br />Association, as Beneficiary, conveying the real estate
<br />hereinafter described in trust, with power of sale, in accordance
<br />with the terms and provisions set forth therein; that said Trust
<br />Deed was thereafter recorded on the 29th day of June, 1984, in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />noted as Document No. 84- 003499 et seq., and;
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustor having defaulted in the payment of the
<br />indebtedness secured thereby and the Beneficiary having delivered
<br />to the Trustee a written declaration of default and having de-
<br />posited with the Trustee all promissory notes, together with No-
<br />tice of Default, and;
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76-1,006, Statutes of Ne-
<br />braska, on the 29th day of May, 1986, the Trustee filed a Notice
<br />of Default in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as noted as Document No. 86- 102800 which Notice fully
<br />complied with the requirements of said statute, and;
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1008, Statutes of Ne-
<br />braska, on the 6th day of June, 1986, the Trustee mailed, by
<br />Certified Mail, with,postage prepaid, a copy of such Notice of
<br />Default with the recording date shown thereon, addressed to Mr
<br />and Mrs. Daniel A. Wenzl, 3027 West Capital Ave., #34, Grand
