<br />Island, Nebraska 68801, being the address of the Trustor as set
<br />forth in the Trust Deed, which =ailing of notice fully complied
<br />with the requirements of said statute, and;
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1007, Statutes of Ne-
<br />braska, the Trustee gave written notice of the time and place of
<br />sale particularly describing the property to be sold by publica-
<br />tion of such notice, commencing on July 15, 1986, and continuing
<br />once each week for five (5) consecutive weeks, the last publica-
<br />tion being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30)
<br />days prior to the date of such sale, in The Grand Island Daily
<br />Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, which notice fully complied with the require-
<br />ments of said statute, and;
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1008, Statutes of Ne-
<br />braska, on the 9th day of September, 1986, at 9:30 o'clock A.M.,
<br />being the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale, the
<br />Trustee sold said property at public auction to Norwest Bank
<br />Nebraska, N.A., being the highest bidder, for the sum of
<br />$42,000.00, which sale fully complied with the requirements of
<br />said statute.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of
<br />sale granted to said Trustee, and in consideration of the sum of
<br />$42,000.00 to him paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />John A. Wolf, Trustee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey
<br />and confirm unto Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., the following de-
<br />scribed real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Suite 34 "D" Windsor Square Condominium Prop-
<br />erty Regime in Unit Four (4), Lot Two (2),
<br />Block Eight (8), Replat Continental Gardens,
<br />an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and detached Garage "W."
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the said Norwest Sank Nebraska, N.A., its repre-
<br />sentatives and assigns, forever.
