Box 1927, Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter called Lessor, and GRAND ISLAND BROADCASTING CO., LTD., a Nebraska corpora- tion, 625 Stuart Building, Lincoln, Nebraska, hereinafter called Lessee. W I T N E S S E T 11: In consideration of the mutual covenants and agree- merits herein contained, the Lessor hereby leases unto the Lessee the following described premises, to -wit: A tract of land comprising all of that part of Lot One (1) , Mainland in Section One (1) Township Ten, Range Ten Hall County, Nebraska, lying South of a line which is One Hundred (100.0) feet South of and parallel to -the centerline of a power line belonging to Nebraska Public Power District, the westerly end of which is located approximately Two Thousanc Six Hundred Fifteen and Five Tenths (2,615.5) f.e South of the yerthwest corner of said Sect-,on One (1), as more particularly shown on Exhibit A t_tached hereto. for the prime term of ten (10) years, commencinq October 15, 1974 and ending October 14, 1984, upon the following terms and conditions: 1.
