gg 103133 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 7443 <br />An ordinance accepting the conveyance of certain tracts of <br />real estate to the City of Grand Island; dedicating said real <br />estate to the public for street purposes; providing that said <br />street shall be named Circle Drive; providing that the same be <br />shown on the official map of the City of Grand Island; providing <br />for the filing of the ordinance with the Hall County Register of <br />Deeds; and providing for the effective date of this ordinance. <br />WHEREAS, on September 22, 1987, Betty Mae Bohaty and Donald <br />L. Bohaty, wife and husband; Peggy Jo Dannehl and Darrold D. <br />Dannehl, wife and husband; and Patrician Ann Lockenvitz and <br />Bradley H. Lockenvitz, wife and husband, all as Grantors, <br />conveyed to the City of Grand Island, a municipal corporation in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, a tract of land described as follows: <br />and <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot Seventeen (17), <br />Block One (1), Stewart Place Subdivision; thence North on <br />the East line of said Lot Seventeen (17) a distance of one <br />hundred eighty -three (183.0) feet; thence East on the west- <br />erly prolongation of Lot Twelve (12), Block Two (2), Stewart <br />Place Subdivision, a distance of forty and sixty -seven <br />hundredths (40.67) feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot <br />Twelve (12); thence South parallel to the East line of said <br />Lot Seventeen (17), Block One (1), Stewart Place Sub- <br />division, a distance of one hundred eighty -three (183.0) <br />feet; thence West a distance of forty and sixty -seven <br />hundredths (40.67) feet to the point of beginning, contain- <br />ing 0.71 acre, more or less, all in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said tract being located <br />entirely within Lot Two (2), Elmer's Subdivision in the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />WHEREAS, on July 28, 1987, Ochsner Investment Corp., a <br />Nebraska corporation, conveyed to the City of Grand Island a <br />tract of land described as follows: <br />=� <br />The East nineteen and thirty -three hundredths (19.33) feet <br />of Lot Seventeen (17), Block One (1), Stewart Place <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, containing 0.081 acre, more or less; <br />WHEREAS, on December 7, 1987, Thomas J.
