SECTION 2. The above described three tracts of property
<br />conveyed to the City of Grand Island, Hall CoUnty, Nebraska, be,
<br />and the same are, hereby dedicated to the use of the public as a
<br />street.
<br />SECTION 3. Sal.d described tracts of land shall be, and the
<br />same are, hereby made a parr of and are named Circle Drive.
<br />SECTION 4. The Public Works Department be, and hereby is
<br />directed to, erect suitable signs and street markings designating
<br />said tracts as Circle Drive, and that said street be shown on the
<br />official map of the City of Grand island, Hall County, Nebraska. r
<br />SECTION 5. That the City Clerk be, and hereby is, directed
<br />to file this ordinance in the office of the Hall County Register
<br />of Deeds.
<br />SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
<br />from and after its passage, approval, and publication, as
<br />provided by law.

<br />The East nineteen and thirty -three hundredths (13.33) feet
<br />of Lot Seventeen (17), Block one (1), Stewart Place Sub -
<br />division in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />containing 0.081 acre.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND INLAND, NEBRASKA:
