<br />This instrument, made this 3151 day of July, 2002, between Thomas J. Young, a member of
<br />the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor", pursuant to the
<br />power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust recorded as Document No. 99- 100217 in the
<br />Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and Wells Fargo
<br />Bank Minnesota, National Association, f/k/a Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association, as
<br />Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of January 1, 1999, Option One
<br />Mortgage Loan Trust 1999 -A, Asset - Backed Certificates Series 1999 -A, without recourse,
<br />hereinafter called "Grantee ":
<br />WHEREAS, on May 9, 2002, Thomas J. Young, as Successor Trustee, executed a Notice of
<br />Default pursuant to which notice was given to William Todd Krekovich and Debra Jean Krekovich,
<br />Trustors, under that certain Deed of Trust recorded as Document No. 99- 100217, in the Mortgage
<br />Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain
<br />premises described as:
<br />Lot Ten (10), in Block Two (2), in Gilbert's Second Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting
<br />forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold property to satisfy the
<br />obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on May 13, 2002 as Document No. 0200205135 of the Miscellaneous records of said
<br />County.
<br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice
<br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76 -1008 R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on June 19, 2002, Grantor caused to be published in THE
<br />GRAND ISLAND INDEPENDENT, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, a Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating
