<br />that the described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified
<br />or cashier's check in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Nebraska at
<br />10:00 a.m. on July 31, 2002. Publication of such notice was made for five consecutive weeks on
<br />June 19, 2002, June 26, 2002, July 3, 2002, July 10, 2002 and July 17, 2002 the last publication
<br />being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the sale.
<br />A copy of such notice ofthe time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled
<br />to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76 -1008 R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, Hunter Campbell, on behalf of Thomas J. Young,
<br />Successor Trustee, did at the time and place mention in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, offer said
<br />property for sale at public auction, and sold the same to Grantee for the sum of THIRTY SEVEN
<br />THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($37,400.00), it being the highest bidder therefor.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of THIRTY SEVEN
<br />THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($37,400.00) so bid and paid as aforesaid I, Thomas
<br />J. Young, Successor Trustee, do hereby grant and convey unto said Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota,
<br />National Association, f/k/a Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association, as Trustee under the
<br />Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of January 1, 1999, Option One Mortgage Loan Trust
<br />1999 -A, Asset - Backed Certificates Series 1999 -A, without recourse, all the estate, right, title and
<br />interest of which William Todd Krekovich and Debra Jean Krekovich, and their successors in
<br />interest, were seized or possessed at the time said Deed of Trust was given or at any time thereafter
<br />in and to the premises sold as aforesaid to wit:
<br />Lot Ten (10), in Block Two (2), in Gilbert's Second Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold said real estate, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging to Wells
<br />Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, f /k/allorwest Bank Minnesota, National Association,
<br />as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of January 1, 1999, Option One
<br />Mortgage Loan Trust 1999 -A, Asset - Backed Certificates Series 1999 -A, without recourse.
