<br />For the purpose of facilitating the record hereof, this Deed of Reconveyance has been
<br />executed in two counterparts, each of which shall be and shall be taken to be an original,
<br />and both of which together or any one thereof shall be deemed to constitute but one and the
<br />same instrument.
<br />Know All Men By These Presents, That, Whereas, Kevin D. Krueger and Claudia D. Krueger,
<br />husband and wife, of Trumbull, Nebraska, by Deed of Trust dated February 16, 1998, and duly
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, on
<br />March 5, 1998, as Document No. 98- 101975, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of

<br />69, of the records in said offices conveyed to Bruce I. Smith, as Trustee, certain real estate in said
<br />Deed of Trust described as the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, and approximately 3 acres

<br />described as: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence running on
<br />an assumed bearing North 00 °00'00" East on the West line of said Northwest Quarter for a
<br />distance of 322.75 feet; thence North 89'59'16" East parallel with the South line of the
<br />Northwest Quarter for 405.00 feet; thence South 00 °00'00" East for 322.75 feet to a point on the
