200305916 The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 9 North, Range 8 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hamilton County, Nebraska, conveyed in trust to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein. And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said trust have been full satisfied; Now, Therefore, at the request of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the legal holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in further consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I, as Trustee, do hereby remise, release and quit -claim unto the present owner or owners of said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title and interest which I have under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real estate in said Deed of Trust particularly described, reference to which is hereby made for greater certainty.
