<br />of the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds office, Huey Long Co., Inc. became the fee
<br />owner of that certain real property located in Grand Island, Nebraska legally described as:
<br />Lots 7, 9 and 11, Block 15, College Addition to West Lawn, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />WHEREAS, by Quitclaim Deed dated September 5, 1997 (Document No. 97-107478)
<br />recorded in the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds office, Huey Long Co., Inc. conveyed
<br />to Grantee that certain real property located in Grand Island, Nebraska legally described as:
<br />A tract of Land comprising all of Lot 11 and the southerly 2 feet of Lot 9, all
